The final games of the Junior League for teams of Manhasset PAL and Port Washington Youth Activities were held on Sunday. The Champion Packers in Green sponsored by Port Washington Tennis Academy defeated the Buccaneers in Red sponsored by Burger King by a score of 21-13. In the first period, Ryan Matthew ran 60 yards for a touchdown and then passed the ball to Jay Cohen for the point after touchdown. The Buccaneers came back on a touchdown by Jake Froccaro. However, Steve Orso ran 70 yards for a touchdown in the second period to lift the score to 14-6. Froccaro ran 36 yards for a touchdown and John Crawley made the point after touchdown. In the third period Orso ran 45 yards for a touchdown and the point after was scored by Matthews. During the game Matthews made a long pass to Richard Greenberg. Playing well for the Packers were Andrew Greaney, Patrick Johns, Michael Orso and Michael Scrobe. For the Buccaneers Sander Brenner, Adam Kaisman, Vincent Miscoscia, Aaron Moslow and Tom Wenk played well.

In another game, the Raiders in Black sponsored by Port Washington PBA lost to the Broncos in Orange sponsored by Manhasset Community Fund by a score of 26-14. In the first period Kevin Katzman ran 50 yards for a touchdown and Quinn Moroney passed to Sean Moran for the point after. In the same period Moroney had several runs including the plunge for a touchdown and the point after was scored on a pass to P.J. Barry. In the second period the Broncos scored on a pass from Moroney to Kevin Overlander. The point after touchdown was missed and P.J. Barry ran for the second touchdown of the period. In the third period Bob Duvnjak ran 12 yards for a touchdown for the Raiders and Roger Coleman made the point after. Then Durnjak ran 15 yards for a touchdown and he made the point after. Making a number of tackles for the Raiders were Harrison Felman, Bobby Krieger, and Jake Ades. For the Broncos, Alex Lynfield recovered two fumbles, Brian Grimm also recovered a fumble and P.J. Barry made several long punts. Playing well for the Raiders were Travis Burger, Mikey Christofer, Ben Dell and Alex Kreichman. For the Broncos, Ryan Beil, Spender Diamond, Owen Grimm, Dean Grimm and Iggy LaManna played well.

In the final game, the Giants in Blue sponsored by Merrill Lynch defeated the Colts in White sponsored by Plumbing Pro by a score of 18-13. In the first period Nat Omeltchenko ran 40 yards for a touchdown. In the second period Dan O'Connell ran 46 yards for a touchdown. In both cases the point after touchdown was missed. The Colts came back in the second period with a touchdown by Alessandro Troia on a 40-yards run and he made the point after touchdown. In the third period O'Connell ran 22 yards for the clinching touchdown. The point after was missed. In the fourth period Willie Salter ran one yard for the touchdown and the point after was missed. On defense for the White Noah Tannenbaum played well. Playing well for the Giants were Ryan Bergin, Matt Downey, Nick Duarte, Steven Enanian and Fred Ferrari. For the Colts Alex Gray, Dan Lyons, Conor McNamara, Jack Salter and Joe Salter played well. Logo
