Are there packs of wild dogs roaming the streets of Port Washington?

I don't think so - but I almost rather believe that, than the alternative. The alternative is that there are still many people in this day and age that do not clean up after their dogs.

I guess its the latter that's true, as there have been many reports of bagless dog walkers and more piles of crap than one would ever want to deal with.

Please citizens - many of us have small children who play in our front and side properties, and this illegal, unsanitary, unhealthy, inconsiderate and disgusting practice is certainly a poor reflection on our neighborhood.
