All students interested in joining a sport this fall must attend a meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 8 at 3:10 p.m. in the Weber gymnasium. The fall sports include: Field hockey, football, cross country, boys and girls soccer and girls tennis. Positions for team managers and scorekeepers also need to be filled. At this meeting students will meet the coaches and be given an orientation on the guidelines and regulations for athletic participation. All students must be medically "cleared" to participate; this includes a physical and an Interim Health Form (purple) which needs to be on file by Aug. 27 with the school nurse. Students are required to have seen the Sports Warning film. It was shown in their physical education classes in June. If a student did not view it, it will be shown on the following dates: 8/20, 26, 27 and 30 in the Wrestling Room at Schreiber at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. and on 9/8 in the Weber Gym at 3:20 p.m. Late buses will be running on Sept. 8 for the students.

If a student needs to see the film it will be shown at Schreiber in the Wrestling Room on the following dates: 8/20, 26, 27 and 30 at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. The fall sports and their starting dates are as follows:

Football 5 p.m. Seeber Field
Cross Country 6 p.m. H.S. track
Field Hockey 9 a.m. Back of H.S.
Boys Soccer 5 p.m. Whitney Field
Girls Soccer 8 a.m. Whitney Field
Girls Tennis 9 a.m. H.S. tennis courts (if rain, gym)
Girls Volleyball 8:30 a.m. HS main gym
