Christopher Gilmour, 5, of Arnold, MD, died on April 2, 2003, of complications from a seizure disorder at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Born Oct. 17, 1997, Christopher was the son of Carole McDonald-Gilmour and Paul Gilmour and younger brother of Sean Gilmour. He attended Central Special Education School in Edgewater.

He was a huge fan of the Teletubbies and Elmo, as well as Return to Pooh Corner by Kenny Loggins. He loved snuggling with his parents and watching his brother play sports.

In addition to his parents and brother, he is survived by his grandparents, Roy and Jenny Gilmour of Flanders, NJ, and Tom and Gloria McDonald of Port Washington. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, Diane and Denis Blackmore of Maplewood, NJ, Linda and Richard Nibert of Oyster Bay and Barbara and Glenn McDonald of Holtsville, NY.

A celebration of his life was held at St. John Neumann Church in Annapolis, with burial at Lakemont Cemetery in Davidsonville, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Christopher's name to Central Special Education School, 140 Stepney Ln., Edgewater, MD 21037.

Great-grandmother of nine. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Sister-in-law of Sophie Jazko. Friend of Dinka Bernich. Arrangements were made by the Fairchild Funeral Chapel, Manhasset.
