New Owners Celebrate at The Harbour Inn
On a quiet Wednesday morning in early December a little piece of history changed hands when the second oldest restaurant in Port Washington, The Harbour Inn, was sold for only the second time in thirty years. Frank Tunney, a lifelong restaurant owner, decided to finally retire and sold the business to brother and sister, John and Janette Dillon and Mike Kolinsky.

Two Schreiber HS Seniors Named Intel Science Talent Search Semifinalists
Schreiber High School seniors Erin Ly and Brad Zankel are among 300 students - out of 1,562 students nationwide - who have been named semifinalists in the Intel Science Talent Search, the oldest and most prestigious pre-college science competition in America.

On Sunday, Jan. 20, four boats raced on Manhasset Bay. The wind was "fluky", 4-10 knots out of the WNW, with the wind strong enough during one race to have crew hike to keep the IC dinghies flat.
