St. Peter's 8th Grade Girls CYO Basketball Team Off to a Strong Start
In what looks like a playoff bound team the St. Peter's 8th Grade Girls Basketball team has started the season off with 6 wins and 2 losses. If this team continues to progress they will make the playoffs that will begin in mid-January. The team continues to work on many aspects of the game that is improving both individual skills and overall team play. By learning these skills, many of these players will be able to compete for their respective High School Basketball teams next year. Although their won/loss record is good, both losses to a strong Our Lady of Victory team from Floral Park were a disappointment.
