St. Peter's CYO has selected Monsignor Walter Simmons as its Role Model of the Year. CYO of Nassau & Suffolk Counties will honor each of the parish role models on May 7 at the Knights of Columbus in Seaford. The event runs from 4 to 8 p.m. Tickets cost $40 per person and can be obtained by contacting Marianne Collins (office of Youth Ministries for Rockville Centre) at 678-5800, ext. 238. Please mention that you would like to sit at one of the "St. Peter of Port Washington" tables or you can arrange your own table of at least 10.
