Plans are nearly completed for a "Meet the Vikings Nite" on Friday, Dec. 4. The 1998-99 Boys Varsity Basketball Team will be host to youngsters, including PYA, PAL and CYO participants and also give an exhibition. There will be contests and prizes included.

In addition, as part of the festivities, arrangements are being worked on for an Alumni Basketball Game. All Port basketball alumni are invited. Those already indicating an interest include Cosmo Vetrone, Bob Fentner, Bill Brunola, John Fasano, Joe Fasano, Walt Palawsky, Joe Marro, William Romeyko, Bob Aiken, Dan Biro, Brian Calenda, Chris Cane, Tom Brown, Dean Poll, Bob Carrik, Stan Plominski, Barry Milhaven, Scott Melvin, Kenny Bond, Kevin Dermody, Jim Cosolito and James Abercrombie.
