Sports Outstanding Physical Education StudentsSchreiber High School's Outstanding Physical Education StudentsSusan Graser and Michael Weiss were honored as the Outstanding Physical Education Students for 1997 on Monday, Dec. 8. During a banquet attended by recipients from 57 high schools at the Milleridge Cottage, the high school seniors were presented with their awards by leaders of the New York State Association for Health Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. Susan and Michael were honored for performance, character, and leadership in the physical education program. Other criteria included grade point average and extracurricular participation. Present to share the evening with them were their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Weiss and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Graser, Dr. Albert Inserra, physical educator Joe Delgais and Fran Clark, director of physical education. Congratulations, Susan and Michael. |
