Joan Haggerty, formerly of Old Bethpage, passed away March 6, 2009. Wife of the late Thomas. Mother of David, Barbara Dickerson and the late Thomas. Grandmother of Jessica, Chelsea, David, Ross, Daniel and great-grandmother of Nathaniel and Abigal. Sister of James Carnell. Retired secretary for Geico. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Cremation was private. A memorial gathering was held March 21 at the funeral home.
