Thomas J. Cassidy, of Plainview, husband, father, brother and friend died on December 9, 2006, after a lengthy illness. He was a US Army Vietnam veteran and Bronze Medal recipient. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Mass was held December 15 at Our Lady of Mercy RC Church, Hicksville, with interment following at Calverton National Cemetery.
