In appreciation for participating in their Arbor Day celebration, Plainview Water District Commissioners Kevin Langberg, Joel Kessler, and Edward Shulroff recently presented third-graders in Lorraine Cullen's class at Pasadena Elementary School with photo memorabilia. On Arbor Day, Ms. Cullen and her class joined the commissioners in planting trees at the water district's Plant 4 facility.
