Please join us to honor our late friend Ed Dressler Saturday, July 23, at 11 a.m. at Field D of beautiful Eisenhower Park. For nearly 30 years, Ed's work for the County Department of Recreation and Parks was nothing less than a labor of love. A member of the National Softball Hall of Fame and Nassau County's Amateur Softball Association Umpire-in-Chief for over 40 years, the dedication of Field D in Ed's honor will be an event that will be particularly meaningful to Ed's family and many friends and co-workers and to everyone who was ever inspired by his outstanding service to our community.
