Central Island Healthcare in Plainview recently recognized long-time volunteer Sister Mary Reparatrice for her dedication to providing for the spiritual needs of its patients and residents. Kat Bottner opens a book and starts a children's story. Third graders from the Parkway School in Plainview gather round on the floor and listen intently.
