A hearing was held on Jan. 20 to hear the application of 333 South Service Road, LLC, fee owner, for a modification of a special use permit and a modification of declaration of restrictive covenants to permit the renovation of the existing hotel, which will result in an expansion of the existing building from 56,303 square feet to 84,340 square feet, with a total of 120 rooms to be constructed in two phases in a Light Industry district on the premises located at 333 South Service Road in Plainview, according to the meeting agenda.
