Mary Jane Welch, 79, of Woodbury, died on Sept. 29, 2003. Wife of the late Thomas E. Mother of Thomas M. Welch, Marybeth Solomon (Michael) and Lisa Welch. Grandmother of Andrew, Rachel, Sarah and Jack. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at St. Patrick's RC Church. Interment St. Agnes Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Onondaga Association for Retarded Children.
