Frank J. D'Annolfo Sr., of Old Bethpage, died on May 5, 2003. He was a trombone player with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, Tommy Dorsey, Charlie Spivak and Guy Lombardo. Husband of Agnes. Father and father-in-law of Frank Jr. and Suzi and Raymond and Patricia. Brother of Mildred Butkus of Plainville, CT. Also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Arrangements were made by the McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. Religious service at the funeral home. Interment Pinelawn Memorial Cemetery.
