It seems to me that the United States has overstated its capability in the arena of "pinpoint precision bombing" during the course of the war in Iraq. Compelling evidence exists to demonstrate that many of these bombs have actually gone astray, landing in discreet areas of the Morton Village Parking lot. Winter's potholes have taken a severe toll this year. I imagine it looks much like the Iraqi airport.
