Henry J. Huttenlocher Jr., of Plainview, died on Feb. 23, 2003 A radar maintenance Naval officer during WWII, he was an electrical systems engineer at Grumman retiring in 1987. He was an adjunct professor in the electrical department at Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute. Husband of Colette. Father of Harry, Colette, Kevin and Denise. Father-in-law of Wayne, Jack and Elena. Brother of Helene Caroll. Grandfather of Harry, Kevin, Lindsay, Eric, Liza and Nikita. Arrangements were made by the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home, Plainview. Funeral service at Our Lady of Mercy RC Church. Interment Calverton National Cemetery. Mary Bedsole, of Old Bethpage, died on March 4, 2003. She was predeceased in 1973 by her husband Allan (Skip). Mother of Edward, Allan, Donna Hickey, Jack and Bonnie "Jill" McGowan. Mother-in-law of Norma, Linda, the late Brian Hickey, Laurie and John McGowan. Sister of Frances Pittman and Nolda Santorelli.
