Kopplin, of Levittown, formerly of Plainview, died on Dec. 23, 2002. He was employed by Dan's Supreme since 1962 and he was the chief handicapper of NASCA Riverhead Raceway. Husband of Lillian. Father of Arleen C. Carroll. Brother of Richard and the late Jeanette Palmarie. Son of the late Lawrence and Agnes. Brother-in-law of Thomas Carroll. Also survived by other in-laws, nieces and nephews. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Levittown Chapel. Mass at St. Bernard RC Church. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
