  • News: 2002 AP Scholars Announced at Plainview-Old Bethpage High School

    Fifty-nine students at Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School have been named AP Scholars by the College Board in recognition of their exceptional achievement on the college-level Advanced Placement (AP) examinations. Approximately 23 percent of America's graduating seniors have taken one or more AP examinations. Only 13 percent of the more than 700,000 students who took AP examinations in May 2001 performed at a sufficiently high level to merit such recognition. FULL STORY
