Nassau County will observe the one-year anniversary of the events of September 11 with a ceremony that will take place on Sept. 9 at the Harry Chapin Lakeside Theater in Eisenhower Park, adjacent to Eisenhower pond and hillside, according to Nassau County Executive Thomas R. Suozzi.
