Nunziata has served as sales and marketing director in all areas of media including print, direct mail, the Internet and cable television. He owned and operated a direct marketing agency from 1985 through 1991. Nunziata has now developed programs for more than 500 business owners and entrepreneurs.

In 1992, Nunziata founded Top Notch Training as a business development company. Today, Top Notch Training offers consulting, sales training, marketing strategy and public seminars. Nunziata is available for both public and private engagements by appointment only. He has delivered his programs to corporations such as Citibank, Fashion Institute of Technology, Cablevision, New York City Department of Business Services and many others.

Nunziata's new book No More 9 to 5, which was released last year, focuses on how to start a business while keeping your day job. This book helps you map out a business from home.

According to Nunziata, with this book, anyone can start a business from home, keep his or her day job and build the business while working and make the transition to business ownership without the stress of having to replace the income right away.

"This book is aimed at anyone who wants to either start something at home to make extra money or for people who really hate their jobs and are looking to get out of the 9 to 5 rut and can't afford to do it because they need to keep their job," said Nunziata. "This book offers them the alternative to say I can start from home, keep my job and not put myself under pressure because I have bills and then little by little build up to the point where they can transition out. I also get a lot of people who own a small business, but are struggling. A lot of those people learn from me how to do a better job in selling and marketing."

Nunziata has been helping small business owners and start-up operators for almost 20 years. He has successfully made the transition from corporate America to full-time entrepreneur. According to Nunziata, anyone can start a business from home in 30-days or less with a few hundred dollars. The keys are selecting the right business and having a solid plan of attack to grow the company. Nunziata gives practical, easy to use advice that can be applied immediately.

"As I was working and starting the business, I was taking notes and that is how the book came about," said Nunziata. "When I was actually done and made the transition, I took my notes, wrote the book and had it published. I dredged through the process and now I actually teach seminars, and do training and consulting for people."

Although this is Nunziata's first book, he is already in the process of putting together the No More 9 to 5 business course, which is going to include CDs and a manual of how to make the transition. "The book is the story, but the course will be the real "how to," said Nunziata.

The book is currently available at amazon.com or on Nunziata's website www.nomoredayjob.com. An electronic copy of the book is also available for a reduced price on the website.
