Frank Slezak, 89, formerly of Plainview, died on Jan. 31, 2002. He graduated from SUNY Farmingdale and magna cum laude from NYU. He was the former president and owner of a farm management and accounting business in NYC. Husband of the late Lola B. Father of Charles and Vivian Guffin.
