Pasquale (Pat) Caiazza, 85, formerly of Plainview, died on Oct. 25, 2001. Husband of the late Lena. Father of Carole (Joseph) Gangemi, James (Wanda) Caiazza and Anthony (Cheryl) Caiazza. Grandfather of six. Great-grandfather of three. Arrangements were made by the Brueggemann Funeral Home, East Northport. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church. Entombment Washington Memorial Park.
