Among the highlights of the February meeting of the Greater Long Island Running Club was the presentation by Coach Ed Melnik a resident of Plainview, who supervises that club's Men's Racing Team and Women's "Fast Feet" Racing Team, and personal trainer Fred Benlein, on training and preparing for the upcoming spring racing season.
