A request to modify restrictive covenants to increase the size of a building in Plainview will be the subject of a Tuesday, Feb. 6 public hearing by the Oyster Bay Town Board, according to Town Councilman Leonard B. Symons.

"The applicant, 131 East Ames, Inc. is seeking to modify restrictive covenants to add a 3,593-square foot, one-story addition to an existing building at 131 East Ames Court and to obtain site plan approval," Symons stated. "The premises is located in an 'H' Light Industrial District."

The meeting will be held in the hearing room of Town Hall East, Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay. Beginning at 10 a.m., the regular calendar, including the above-mentioned hearing, will be called. Following the regular town business, the Town Board will be available to listen to public comment on any subject.
