Plainview JFK High School seniors Adam Rosenfeld and Sean Garland will play on the Nassau County team for the 4th Annual Vytra Cup All-Star High School Ice Hockey Tournament on Feb. 12. The game, co-sponsored by Vytra Health Plans and the New York Islanders, will be played at The Nassau Coliseum at 3 p.m., preceding the New York Islanders' game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Adam will be a leading defenseman for the Nassau County Team. Sean has been a member of the John F. Kennedy High School Varsity Hockey team for four consecutive years and has earned his place on the all-star team since 1997.

The 2000 Vytra Cup will pit teams from Nassau and Suffolk Counties in a one-game championship. The 42 players have been selected by the High School Hockey Team Association of Nassau County, Inc. and the Suffolk County High School Hockey League, and include students from every school participating in the leagues.
