The Race is administered by the Greater Long Island Running Club, with considerable assistance from the Town of Oyster Bay and its Department of Recreation and Parks. The Running Club's Nick Katsounis, himself an accomplished Wheelchair athlete and coach, serves as the race director.

Sincere thanks are due to Bob Lucente of the Fraternal Order of Police, whose continued support for this event is indispensable. The Fraternal Order of Police has provided financial support for the Race in each of the eight years that it has been held.
