Scott F. Hall, of Plainview, died on March 4, 1999. He was WWII veteran serving in the Rhineland in Germany with the Army Signal Corps. He was discharged with the rank of sergeant receiving several medals including two Bronze Stars. He received his master's degree in electrical engineering at NYU. He taught at the university. Mr. Hall worked at AIL Systems in Deer Park. He developed radar equipment for the USS Pueblo and worked on radar satellites and the B-1 bomber. He is survived by his wife Margaret; his children Olivia Anderson and Claudia Schultz; his sister Blanche Bush; and two grandchildren. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
