  • NEWS: Venditto Explains Town of OB Budget

    The Town of Oyster Bay budget for 1998 calls for $138,625,289 in its preliminary budget which was the subject of a public hearing on Oct. 20. The next step was for the board to adopt the budget which took place at the board meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 27. The $138 million plus is an increase of 37.7 cents per $100 of assessed valuation which translates into $28.28 for the average homeowner assessed at $7,500. FULL STORY
