"I know what the mystery picture from Sept. 4 is. It's the uni-cow down in TR Memorial Park, on the day of the kickoff press conference for the Oyster Festival on Aug. 14," said Paige Dawson.

Ms. Dawson, of Century 21 Laffey Associates, is busy selling real estate. She wears many hats: another being as a volunteer at the Tuesday night Cruise Nights in town. She sells the 50/50 raffle tickets. She is also the Oyster Bay Chamber of Commerce representative to the Oyster Festival XXV committee and is working with Mark Fox of Canterbury Ales to make the Audrey Avenue portion of the annual event exciting.

Billy Minicozzi too recognized the location as TR Park in Oyster Bay. On a sports note, he was glad to announce that the Jets won their first game with Brett Favre at the helm. - DFK
