Lawrence A. Graziose, 85, of Glen Cove, died on May 18, 2008. Father of Larry, Michael (Tina) and Stephen. Grandfather of Rocky and Matthew. Brother of Camille Ciminera. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Interment LI National Cemetery, Pinelawn.

Thomas Wesley Stirrat, of Bradenton Florida, passed away peacefully on May 18 at the age of 82. He served in the United States Air Force during World War II and the Korean War, and received the World War II Victory Medal and the American Campaign Medal while attaining the rank of Sergeant.

His passions were his family, church and teaching industrial arts, which he taught for over 25 years for the Oyster Bay School District in New York State.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patricia, his children Misty Morgan (Wayne), Andy Stirrat (Marsha), Pam Calliari (Ron), Chris Stirrat (Lee), his 14 grandchildren, and an ever-growing number of great-grandchildren.

A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held Friday May 23 at 11 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church in Bradenton Florida. Memorial donations may be made to the church's Memorial Fund in his memory.
