Obituaries
Doris C. Wills (nee Hohenrath), 83, dear mother of Barbara, Charles, James and Larry passed away March 1, 2008 in St. Louis, MO. Daughter of the late Charles F. and Helen M. Hohenrath of Glen Head; sister of the late Joan H. Hohenrath of Huntington Station; and wife of the late James H. Wills. Survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A celebration of our mom and her extraordinary life that touched many from all parts of the world was held in Missouri.

Mario (Red) DeLucia of Wilton, CT, formerly of Oyster Bay, passed away on April 8, 2008 at the age of 78.

Mario is survived by his wife Beth and daughter Elizabeth, both of Wilton, and predeceased by his son Frank. He is also survived by his brother Albert of Huntington and predeceased by his parents Frank and Philomena DeLucia of Oyster Bay, his sister Elizabeth Iannucci (nee DeLucia) of Westbury, and his brother Joseph of Syosset.

A graduate of OBHS, Class of 1948, where he starred on the Grid Iron, basketball team and track team for Oyster Bay's legendary coach Dick Crawley. He later attended the U. S. Military Academy at West Point where he excelled as a running back for Army under head coach Red Blake and assistant coach Vince Lombardi and is credited with scoring a touchdown in the famous Army- Navy Game. Mario later transferred to Oklahoma State University where he completed both his education and football career and graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

After college, he went on to work for the Union Carbide Corporation for 45 years until his retirement. After retirement he devoted most of his time to his family especially his grandson Dean. Mario also served as the regional director of the Boys Scouts of America. Memorial service arrangements are yet to be announced.

Rosemond J. "Jean" Fullerton, 80, of Hicksville, died on April 5, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Albert. Loving mother of Brian, Douglas (Tina Marie), Tracy and the late Steven (Ginger) and Patti Jean. Cherished grandmother of Danielle, Nicole, Kevin, Thomas, William and Margaret Rose. Dear sister of Wilma Stone and Vera Fox-Bond. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Interment LI National Cemetery, Pinelawn.
