Longtime East Norwich resident Matthew T. Meng says he looks at government the way he looks at cars "they run better clean." As an experienced environmentalist activist, he already makes his voice heard in dozens of civic meetings. Meng was an early supporter of the $60 Million Environmental Bond Act and other open space initiatives.

The girls were teammates on the Long Island Mustangs 16U travel softball team that earned a bid to the national tournament held each year just outside Orlando, FL.
