The Tornadoes played their first home game of the season at Vernon, last weekend as they hosted the Dix Hills Xtreme. The midday game was full of conflicts for both teams. The Tornadoes scored first when Emily Siringo broke away from the Xtreme defense to place a low ball under the goalie to the back on the 20th minute of the game. FULL STORY
