We missed our deadline on Monday, April 9 for the April 5 mystery picture - so the answers did not appear, except on the online version of the newspaper. This week's mystery picture received no calls. We have a clue: The house is visible from a street in the hamlet.
Here's the story on the April 5 mystery picture: Courtney Collins called to identify the mystery picture from April 5. She said, "It's part of the stage at the Oyster Bay High School that the stage crew members built. My brother Trevor built the set for Into the Woods for OBHS. He was the production manager. He and my brother Tyler and I all worked on the lights and helped build all the sets."
We commented on the beautiful tree on stage that hid and revealed one of the actors. She said, "The tree took a long time to build but came out well."

Billy Minicozzi said, "It might be a stage in Brookville, Oyster Bay or in a museum." He mentioned that he worked on a Smoke House for fire prevention for children last week, and he added that, "The Mets are on their way to the world series."
Steven Wessel also called. He said, "I played the part that was Jack from Into the Woods. It's the scene with Milky White the cow."
Peter Aliani added his name to those who recognized the picture is the giraffe at the Oyster Festival!
