PAL/Rough Riders Sports News
The sixth grade Riders held their own going into halftime with a 2-2 tie against Bethpage. Zach Greenspan scored the first goal for the Riders in the first period. With offensive help from Quinn McQuade on attack as well as Jeff Tolmie, Ryan Gouse and Tyler Ozkan at midfield, the Riders kept the ball moving. The defense, led by goalie Chre Teitelbaum along with defensemen Nick Corolla, John Fives, Zach Schleger and James LoRusso, kept Bethpage in check. Ryan Sommi scored his first of the season to tie the game up.
