The new face of the Oyster Bay Chamber of Commerce was evident at its installation meeting on Thursday, Feb. 22, at Il Piatto Restaurant. The about 50 people attending the buffet dinner were guests of the chamber, much to their surprise. It was the word that brought them out, not free food. And the food was tasty!

Rough Rider Lacrosse Shuts Down Hewlett
The Rough Rider boys 7th/8th grade indoor team dominated Hewlett with a decisive 12 to 1 victory on Saturday, Feb. 10. The defense, led by outstanding goaltending from Chre Teitelbaum with the help of defensemen Kyle McLaughlin and Brian Kowalczyk, shut down whatever offense Hewlett could muster.
