Thomas A. Capozzoli, 79, of Oyster Bay, died on Sept. 19, 2006. He was an employee of Grumman for over 41 years, head coach of St. Dominic's High School football team for 17 years, past president of the Italian-American Citizens Club of Oyster Bay, member of the East Norwich Fire Company, past president of the Oyster Bay/East Norwich School Board and a parishioner of St. Dominic's Church for over 50 years.

Husband of Carole. Father of Donna Roenback (Doug), Debra Nobile (Joseph), Dori Anderson, Dale Boord (Martin), Anthony (Marilyn) and Joanne Capozzoli. Grandfather of nine. Great-grandfather of three. Stepfather of Kenneth Mortimer (Mary), Kevin Mortimer (Dawn) and Jeffrey Mortimer (Marie). Step-grandfather of seven. Also survived by many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sisters, Helen, Florence and Peggy and his brother Louis.
