Billy Minicozzi said the mystery picture was taken at Roosevelt Park in Oyster Bay. "It might be at a summer picnic, maybe for the kids in the GAP program in Oyster Bay, their summer camp."

Billy also said that work is starting on the Bayville Haunted House. There is a lot of work to creating this annual event and Chairman Henry gets started early, he said.
