Members of the Long Island Rough Riders professional soccer team visited the Boys & Girls Club of Oyster Bay-East Norwich on June 21. Matthew Chulis, Shaun Higgins and Moussa Sy spoke to the members about teamwork and the importance of being physically active. After the presentation, the children were thrilled to participate in a special clinic run by these professional soccer players, as well as to receive the autographs of the players. The kids enjoyed drills, games and cheers while proudly wearing newly autographed T-shirts.

Many thanks to Matthew Chulis, Shaun Higgins, Moussa Sy, and the Long Island Rough Riders for so generously giving of their time to share with the members their love of the sport and to make them aware of the wonderful world of professional soccer.

For additional information, please contact Eileen Dunn, athletic supervisor, at 922-9285, ext. 112.
