Billy Minicozzi correctly identified the "Wall of Honor" in Oyster Bay. The photo shows Oyster Bay Town Councilwoman Mary McCaffery who said the Town of Oyster Bay "Wall of Honor" was put up in the entrance of town hall in September, for all those who are serving in Iraq or Afghanistan.
