The day included a great many things starting with the 7th Annual Row Around the Bay at 10 a.m. "About 35 rowers took part this year. There is a Guinness Book record for the world's largest raft-up of boats, which were going for and will be going for next year. It is for 682 boats, and we are just 647 short," said Rob Crafa, executive director of the WFC.
