Oyster Bay Athletic Booster Club began this year with a fundraiser cocktail party on Sept. 6 generously hosted at the beautiful home of the Woodstocks on Centre Island.

The party was well attended by community members, parents, school administration, coaches and teachers.

The OBHS Booster Club was newly formed last year to raise funds and contribute to every team in the Oyster Bay High School.

President Mike Applequist coined their motto "It's For the Kids."

Plans for future fundraisers, homecoming and concession stand sales are being planned.
