Dodge Dealership Is Closing
Scott Davis is in the process of selling his Oyster Bay Dodge dealership to Westbury Jeep. Like Robbie Hallock, who closed Hallock Chevrolet in December, he cited the business climate in Oyster Bay as the reason. "Conditions in Oyster Bay have changed. It was never a perfect location but it became much more difficult to operate," he said.

Venditto: Sign up Now to Become a Town of Oyster Bay Lifeguard
Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto has announced that the town is now hiring pool and beach lifeguards for the 2003 summer season. The town needs individuals to work the entire summer which extends from Memorial Day 2003, through Labor Day. Town lifeguards earn between $8.50 and $16 an hour.
