Aldo J. Adami, of Oyster Bay, died on Oct. 13, 2002. He was a member of the North Massapequa Fire Dept., Knights of Columbus of Massapequa and Post 1066 American Legion, Massapequa. Husband of Joan (nee Hornosky). Father of John (Cheryl), Gregory (Anna), Jeffrey (Marcela). Pop-pop of Jessica, Victoria, Pia and Montsy. Brother of Lena DeCarlo. Uncle of Joseph and Linda Wagner. Arrangements were made by the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Oyster Bay. Funeral Mass at St. Dominic's RC Chapel. Interment St. John's Memorial Cemetery.

Joseph A. Townsend, of Oyster Bay, died on Oct. 16, 2002. He was a volunteer at North Shore University Hospital at Glen Cove. Husband of the late Emma. Father of Anthony (Susan), Andrea and the late Ricardo. Grandfather of seven. Brother of Edith Simmons and Louise Chapman. Brother-in-law of Mary Hicks and Rachel Stratton. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Oyster Bay. Interment Pine Hollow Cemetery.
