Jack Hutchinson IDed the mystery picture as "The group of stores just north of Stop and Shop. One of them is Genovese. You can see the Getty sign that is looking north from the area where the picture was taken."

Barbara Davis called and said, "It's Pine Hollow with Genovese Pharmacy on the right and further on is Green Wagon, the green grocer, a little beyond where the picture was taken."

Billy Minicozzi said, "It's the Pine Hollow Shopping Center in Oyster Bay, near the Genovese Drug Store."

On a sports note, he added: "It's too bad about the Yankees in the World Series. They didn't even win their division this year." Billy is guessing that it will be the Cardinals and the California Angels in the World Series. Let's see how it plays out.
