Although Brooke Jackman is no longer alive to pursue her dream of helping children, but through the Brooke Jackman Literacy Foundation her dream will come true. Ms. Jackman, 23, was at work at her new job at Cantor Fitzgerald when the World Trade Center was attacked on September 11. She was a graduate of Oyster Bay High School and a resident of Mill Neck. The last chapter in the long story of Theodore Roosevelt's Medal of Honor was concluded on Monday, Sept. 16, when Tweed Roosevelt, great grandson of TR, presented the Medal of Honor to President George W. We had charts, cruising guides, aerial photos of the anchorages, and suggested itineraries of islands for the week long vacation.
