F.O.B. also notes the accident forecasts "nearly inevitable" future spills, which make the continued operation of an oil storage and transfer facility incompatible with Oyster Bay's thriving oyster industry. Sometimes the truth really is stranger than fiction. Bob is steady crew on the sailboat Comanche, and Shelley-Sue is crew on Moxie. Both boats and crews are part of a very active racing program that takes place on Wednesday nights in Oyster Bay Harbor. Comanche, a fast boat with a fast rating is new to her captain and crew, who have been struggling to live up to her rating.
